U.S. Masters Swimming June Krauser Communications Award

June was fondly referred to as the “Mother of Masters Swimming”. An early participant, she served as the USMS President from 1974-1977. June founded and edited the first national newsletter, Swim-Master. Her hand-typed newsletter included meet results from all over the country and was mailed to hundreds of subscribers. She also reported on major events and the annual conventions.
