Shortly after joining the Inland NW Masters, Paige began to make a difference for the LMSC, Zone, and at the national level. She has been described as the glue that holds the LMSC together and continually acted as its cheerleader and inspiration. As Chair, she led a dramatic increase in membership and participation in LMSC activities and it grew to the point of gaining another USMS convention delegate. Prior to her term as LMSC chair, Paige also served as Team Representative and Registrar among other LMSC contributions. In the NW Zone, she served as a voice for smaller LMSCs. At the national level, she served on the Registration Committee and Chair of the LMSC Development Committee.
