2004, Susan has been a tireless volunteer for the New Jersey LMSC.  In 2005, she was elected to serve as the Secretary and in 2009, was elected as the Chair. Susan was instrumental in developing the NJ Continuous Membership Recognition Program. In addition to her local involvement, Susan has been a member of the USMS Long Distance committee since 2006, overseeing the bid selection for eleven USMS Open Water and Long Distance National Championships.  She has served as the USMS liaison to many national open water events. Susan helped develop and integrate the Club Assistant Online entry system for the USMS National Postal Championships.
