Tom, Vice Chair and acting meet director for Minnesota LMSC, has been at the center of many MN LMSC improvements and responsibilities. Prior to becoming Vice Chair, Tom served as LMSC Secretary, and still fills in as such when the acting Secretary is unable to attend. Of the many services that Tom has been a part of, he has organized clinics, implemented workout groups, and is the meet director for all pool run meets in MN. He has developed documentation to track LMSC goals, as well as created the current budgeting process used by the LMSC, and joined the National LMSC Development Committee. With Tom’s ingenuity and success, the membership in MN LMSC has grown over 1000 swimmers.
