Jim Matysek contributed greatly at the LMSC, zone and national levels, using his computer expertise to create and maintain the Niagara LMSC, Colonies Zone and National websites. He served as the Niagara LMSC Webmaster, Top 10 and Records Recorder, and Registrar. Between 1996 and 1999, while serving as the National Webmaster, Jim added major features to the website that he had created. Then, in 1999, he created the world's first online entry system for swim meets. It included online payment, seed time submission, event limits, qualifying time rule enforcement and Meet Manager integration, which was used at both national meets that year.
