Harry DeLong has served Northern Virginia as a coach, LMSC officer and meet director. He created the first LMSC website and has served as LMSC vice-chair and Coaches Committee chair. Nationally he has been a member of the Coaches and Fitness Committees. His meet director credits have included both pool meets and open water meets.
