The most recent Try Masters Swimming campaign is over but you can still try a free workout here.

You can read about the other adults just like you who participated in our Try Masters Swimming initiative and learned why swimming with a USMS club is great. And don't forget to check out all of our great benefits.

Still Nervous About Trying?

You might think you need to swim on your own and "get in shape" before coming to a workout. You don't.

Try Masters Swimming is for anyone who can swim. (If you don't know how to swim yet, you can find an instructor in your area here.)

Whether you're looking to get back in after a long break, try a club for the first time, improve your overall fitness, swim for fun, develop better technique, train for a triathlon, or check an event off your bucket list, we've got you covered. For additional peace of mind, new swimmers can check out our Masters Swimming 101 article series, which has tips, a review of swimming jargon, and information on how to circle swim, read the pace clock, and more.

Of course, always feel free to talk with the coach of the program to get a better feel for that program's atmosphere or contact USMS at 941-256-USMS (8767) or membership@usmastersswimming.org for help.
