In 1999, Victor started volunteering as Newsletter Editor and Secretary for the 300 Club Masters. He was the team representative at Florida LMSC meetings. He subsequently served as Florida LMSC Secretary and Parliamentarian. In 2004, he volunteered to help in the Hospitality suite when the USMS Convention was held in Orlando, FL. He was a smashing success and a great help to the Florida LMSC. Victor began attending USMS conventions in 2005 and became Convention Coordinator a year later, a position he held for numerous years.
