Dan began serving as registrar for the Southern Pacific LMSC in 2010 and almost immediately shepherded improvements and cost-saving measures. He went beyond his contracted duties to provide exceptional service to the members. His efforts increased online registration from 78% to 95% and he created a Welcome Packet for the 80 LMSC clubs. Dan helped develop new policies and procedures for meet administrators as well as for open water event hosts, referees, and coordinators. He rebuilt the SPMS website for better functionality and design, which benefited current and future members because of the improved communications.
