Jeff Strahota became a member of U.S. Masters Swimming in 1998 and engaged in all levels of the organization. A member of UMAC-Terrapin Masters Team and Campus Recreation Services Liaison (8 years), he also served as Chair and Vice Chair of Potomac Valley LMSC. Jeff hosted events and often acted as meet director. As Colonies Zone Chair, he worked to update the Colonies Zone Big Meet Guide. On a national level, Jeff was a member of the USMS Championship Committee for over 5 years and the LMSC Development Committee for 4 years. He continually reaches out and creates an inclusive atmosphere. Through his dedication and expertise, Jeff epitomized the ultimate ambassador for U.S. Masters Swimming.
