Nancy served as the Virginia LMSC Registrar for a number of years and then became the Chair in the mid-1980’s. She was the Meet Director for one of the LMSC’s earliest and longest running SCY meets and she also directed a LCM meet. One of her best attributes was how she “looked after” new swimmers at away meets; she was extremely supportive. Nancy started attending USMS Conventions at Snowbird, UT (1980). She served on the USMS Planning Committee for many years and was chair in the late ‘90’s. She also participated on USMS Ad Hoc committees: Professional Management, Endowed Fund Board of Governors, and Business Manager/Executive Director.
