Managing Membership Lists

We have created a few new tools to help our clubs manage their members. These tools can be found in the club dashboard and are broken down into three areas: manage current members, manage expired members, and manage club.

Manage Current Members

Current Membership List
This is a brand new tool that lets you view all of our current members by name, permanent ID, membership type, event license, registration date, and expiration date. Having this data now behind the club contact's login, as opposed to on a public membership list, will help with our members' privacy. The public membership lists will go away in 2027.

Bulk Member Registration
This tool allows the club contact to select a group of members and then pay for their USMS membership all at one time. Once a member has been registered using this tool, they will be a "pending member." Much like members who are starting their second year of the Year-Plus membership or have enrolled in membership auto-renewal, these "pending members" will have to finish their registration by confirming their individual details and agreeing to the terms of USMS membership, but they will not have to pay. This tool will only be offered from November 1-December 31 each year and is currently in Beta testing for the 2027 membership year. Note: only current members that are not enrolled in auto-renewal and are not in their second year of Year-Plus can be bulk registered.

Manage Expired (unrenewed) Members

This tool operates just like the current membership list, except it only applies to expired members, members who were registered with your club last year but are not registered for this year. The data offered in this list includes name, permanent ID, email, and expiration date.
This will hopefully help you keep track of those members who may have accidentally forgotten to register.

Manage Club

This is where you can register or renew a club. After registration, this is where you can change your club's details. It is critical that you leave as much detail in the club description and workout times area as this is your chance to sell potential members on how great your club is.
